William Troy Ryan

William Troy Ryan 78 of Roscoe, died Sunday April 15, 2018 at Premier Health Center, Washington. He was born on December 26, 1940 in South Charleston, WV, a son of Carl Henry and Winona Walker Ryan. Bill was retired from WGT Construction in Bellaire, Ohio and served in the US Navy during peacetime. He was a member of the Moose Lodge 1014 Bellview, FL. He is survived by his dear friends Rene and Ralph Zdravecky of Roscoe, with whom he made his home with for 3 years, 3 step-daughters Connie Hall of Arkansas, Sheryl Rainwater and Kimberly Johnson both of Florida, and many friends and fellow employees of WGT Construction. Besides Rene and Ralph he had 3 other wonderful friends, Gloria and Bill Hartley of Roscoe and Debbie Strychalski of Belle Vernon. All 5 were beside him until his death. He will be missed by all that knew him. Visitation will be held on Friday April 20, 2018 from 10:30am till 11:00am. Interment will follow at Monongahela Cemetery.
