Wesley Dale Rager Sr.

Wesley Dale Rager Sr. 90 of Brownsville, passed away at his home on Sunday January 22, 2023. Born in Fredericktown on January 1, 1933, he was the son of Albert Dale and Mildred Ruth Scholz Rager.

Wesley was a Korean War veteran having served with the U.S. Army. He was retired from the Kopper's Plant having worked in the coke division. Wesley was a member of the Centerville American Legion and the Bricklayers Union.

He is survived by his wife of 70 years Dolores J. Barger Rager, 2 daughters; Robin Lee (Jack) Yorty of Erie, Wendy Renee (Mark) Haywood of Centerville and a son Wesley Dale (Sherri) Rager Jr. of Coal Center, 6 grandchildren; Brian (Joann) Yorty, Kimberly (Fernando) Melaragno, Wesley Scott Rager, Major Joshua (Audra) Rager, Melissa (Carey) Zivkovich and Sergeant David (Cheyenne) Rager, 15 great-grandchildren and a sister-in-law; Jane Rager. Wesley was preceded in death by his brother Dalbert George Rager.
