Virginia Pascoe

Virginia Pascoe, 81, of Stockdale, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 26, 2009, after a lengthy illness. She was born June 27, 1927, in Cambridge Springs, Pa., a daughter of the late Andy and Anna (Swauburg) Yancoskie. Survivors include two children, William J. (Holly) Pascoe, of Buford, Ga., and Debra (William) McCaslin, of Apollo, Pa.; four grandchildren, Brandon and Brianna McCaslin, and Parker and Keaton Pascoe; a brother, "Yank" Yancoskie, of McKees Rocks; and a sister, Josephine DeMillion, of Monessen. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Pascoe, on Sept. 28, 2007. Family will receive friends on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the MELENYZER-DuBARR FUNERAL HOMES and CREMATION SERVICE INC., Roscoe, where a funeral service will be held Monday, March 30, at 11 a.m. with Pastor Chad Lang of Greater Works Outreach Church in Monroeville officiating. Funeral home doors will be open Sunday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Interment will be in Howe Cemetery, Coal Center.
