Shirley Ann Devore

Shirley Ann Devore 72 of Monessen passed away on Tuesday December 16, 2025 at her home. Born on November 28, 1953, a daughter of the late Elmer and Loretta Mickey Maynard Devore.

Shirley was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ in Roscoe.

She is survived by her life partner Stephen Skonezny of Monessen, her sister Nancy (Alex) Vargo of Donora, a half brother Eddie Devore of Elco, a step brother Darrin Grimes of Donora, several nieces and nephews, numerous great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.

Shirley was preceded in death by her brother Elmer Maynard Devore Jr.

Visitation will be held on Saturday December 20, 2025 from 2-4pm and 6-7:30pm at Melenyzer Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Inc. 825 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi where funeral services will begin at 7:30pm with Elder James Abbot presiding.
