Scott T. Withrow 51 of Charleroi died Thursday July 2, 2015 at his home. Mr Withrow was born on February 18, 1964 in Warren County, a son of James E. and Margaret Kennedy Withrow. He is survived by his niece Amber Ritnour of Charleroi and his life companion Vivian. All who knew him are invited to a Memorial Service on Saturday July 11, 2015 at 12 noon in the Melenyzer Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Inc. 1008 Furlong Ave., Roscoe with Rev. Sandi Conti officiating.
