Robert Wilbur King Sr

Robert "Bob" Wilbur King Sr. 78 of Fallowfield Twp., died Friday February 20, 2015 at Monongahela Valley Hospital. Born April 3, 1937 in Charleroi a son of Wilbur James and Marie Eglaee Clavir King. Mr. King was retired from IBM and a member of the N. Charleroi Citizen's Slavic Club, Charleroi Belguim Club and the VFW in Bowie MD. Mr. King was a U.S. Navy veteran. Surviving are his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Fleming King, 2 sons and a daughter-in-law, Robert W. and Chris King Jr. of Wisconsin and Brad Lee King of Maryland, a brother Ronald King of Montanna, and 4 granddaughters, Amanda, Shannon, Kristen and Hanna. Preceded in death by an infant son Bryan and a brother Richard King. Visitation will be held on Friday February 27, 2015 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm in the Melenyzer Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Inc. 825 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi. Funeral Services will be held in the funeral home on Saturday February 28 at 11:00am with Rev. Lori Walters officiating. Interment will follow at Mon Valley Memorial Park, Carroll Twp.
