Guestbook

Oh how I loved her. We would have the nicest chats when she would come over to the Spee=D Mart. So many conversations about her grandsons and what they were up to at the time. One of my favorites was when she came into the store after being rescued from her accident into the river. She had that look of embarrassment on her face, but I had her laughing about it before she left. I met hundreds of the nicest people while working there, and she was definitely one of them. May she rest in eternal peace. I will forever remember her with a smile on my face.

THough it has been many years since we were neighbors, I remember your mom as such a sweet lady. She loved her family. My parents liked having all of you as neighbors. Margaret was always good to Aunt Minnie while she lived with Eleanor for a short time. Glad I saw you & mom @ beauty shop several months ago. May God bless her & take good care of her now.

Aunt Margaret was a welcoming, loving, full of good stories and support real wonderful person. She was a long-time telephone call partner for her late niece, Catherine Mary Kimmel, with whom I was lucky enough to spend time visiting Aunt Margaret and sharing her visits with Cathy in Central Pennsylvania and even a few at the many hockey games attended throughout the years. She and her wonderful family were a joy to be with and see together. May her memory continue to be a blessing for us all..

I will never forget her kindness to me as a youth. As I walked to St Joseph Church for 8:00 A.M. Mass and CCD. She would stop and offer me a ride on many occasions. It was much appreciated on cold and windy days.

I recall many a chat with Margaret when I would stop in to do alterations for her. She was always eager to share what her Grandsons were up to. She was so very proud of her family. I remember the day she told me her story of backing her car down her driveway and over the riverbank. She said once she realized what she did, she got out of the car and walked back to her house and called for help! What a special lady she was. I enjoyed my talks with her and will remember her fondly.
