Loretta Ann Crone

Loretta A. Crone 87 of Coal Center, passed away on Monday May 4, 2026 at her home with her family by her side. Born in California, PA on July 5, 1938, a daughter of the late Edison and Marie Bair.

Over the years Loretta volunteered at Penn Highlands Mon Valley, California Senior Center and the former St. Joseph’s Catholic Church Roscoe. Loretta enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and enjoyed playing cards with various local card clubs.

Loretta is survived by her daughter Linda (Donald) Harkcom of Acme, 2 sons; Steven Crone of Coal Center and Robert Crone Jr. of Donora, 8 grandchildren and a brother Edwin Bair of Centerville. She is preceded in death by her husband Robert "Joe" Crone, a granddaughter Angel Grace Crone and 6 siblings.

Per Loretta’s wishes there will be no public visitation. Private services and interment was held at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Coal Center.
