Joyce Rossell

Joyce Rossell 87 of Roscoe passed away on Thursday August 28, 2025 at her home. Born in North Charleroi on August 14, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Jobie and Anne Mayer Rossell.

Joyce was retired from Frick Federal Credit Union. Prior to that, she worked for Cooper Industries and Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel for decades, in the area of Human Resources. She was also Board Secretary of the Mon Valley Community Federal Credit Union for more than 50 years.

Joyce is survived by her son Mark Rossell of White Haven, PA, 3 granddaughters; Kasey, Jenna and Leah Rossell of Kelayres, PA , her sister Mary Milbert of Roscoe, and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her brother Stanley Rossell of Roscoe.

Joyce enjoyed many trips to Disney World with her son and granddaughters over the years. More recently, she enjoyed playing cards with her card clubs at local senior centers.

Per Joyce’s wishes there will be no visitation or public funeral services.
