Gloria Hartley

Gloria Hartley 76 of Stroal Acres passed away peacefully on Sunday January 21, 2024 with her loving family at her side. She was born in California on May 16,1947 a daughter of Edward H. and Freda Dixon Ermlich.

Gloria was a member of Roscoe Methodist Church. She loved to play cards, especially Eucher. Enjoyed family time with board games and loved to dance. For many years Gloria was the greeter at Melenyzer Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Inc. in Roscoe. Everyone that came through those doors were greeted with a smile and a hug. She will be truly missed by everyone. 

She is survived by her 2 daughters; Rene Zdravecky of Roscoe and Leighann (Cory) Campbell of Salisbury, MD, a son Edward J.(Beth Crossland) Hartley of Stroal Acres and 4 grandchildren; Bobby (Mandi) Booth, Justin Clouse, Ashley Clouse and Sara Hartley. 

Gloria was preceded in death by her husband William "Billy" C. Hartley in February 2022, and her sister Leatrice Legarsky. 

Visitation will be held on Thursday January 25, 2024 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Melenyzer Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Inc. 1008 Furlong Ave., Roscoe where funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday January 26,2024 with Pastor Brian Carroll presiding. Interment will follow at Howe Cemetery Long Branch.
