George L. Tiernan

George L. Tiernan 74 of Roscoe died Thursday November 13, 2014 at Monongahela Valley Hospital. Born November 28, 1939 in Fairhope, a son of George and Rachael Jackson Tiernan. Mr. Tiernan was retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Allenport Plant. Surviving are his wife Alice Foster Tiernan, 2 sons Terry Tiernan of Roscoe and Dave and wife Stacy Tiernan of Fayette City, 2 daughters Mary Lou and husband Ron Dean of Pennsicola, FL and Susuan and husband Dan McLaughlin of Roscoe, 3 sisters Dolores Johnson of Perryopolis, Betty Schaffer of Chartiers Houston, and Marie Myatt of Tennessee and 5 grandchildren Tim Hewitt, Kayla and Kayra Gilmore, Lilly Tiernan and Parker Dean. Preceded in death by Fred, Chuck, Lou, and Raymond Tiernan. There will be no public visitation.
