George Clement

George Clement 81 of Charleroi, died Thursday July 11, 2019 at Dunlevy Manor. Born in Charleroi on September 18, 1937, he was the son of George and Beatrice Monack Clement.

George was a United States Army veteran. He was retired from Corning Glass after 36 years of service. George was a member of Mary, Mother of the Church Charleroi,  a member of the Knights of Columbus Father William D. Fries Council 956 Charleroi and a member of the Charleroi Belgian Club.

George is survived by his very good friends Don and Barb Ulens of Charleroi. Visitation will be held on Sunday July 14, 2019 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at the Melenyzer Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Inc. 825 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday July 15, 2019 at 10:00am at Mary, Mother of the Church Charleroi. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery Carroll Twp.. Military Honors accorded by the United States Army Honor Guard. The Knights of Columbus Council 956 will have services in the funeral home on Sunday July 14 at 7:00pm.
