November 4, 1931 — July 22, 2021

Edith J. Snyder 89 of Ft. Pierce, Florida and formerly of Charleroi, passed away on Thursday July 22, 2021. Born in Monongahela on November 11,1931, a daughter of the late Maynard Elmer and Helen McKinley Devore. Edith was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ Roscoe.

Surviving are 3 daughters; Patricia (Michael) Jamison of Charleroi, Mary Jane Rogolino of Ft. Pierce, FL with whom she made her home, Thelma Myers of Rostraver, 4 step-children; Isabella (Sissy) Pierce Walter (Debbie) Behanna of Monongahela, Linda Behanna of Monongahela, Grover (Candy) Behanna Jr. of Charleroi, her brother Richard L. Devore of the state of Indiana, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Edith was preceded in death by her daughter Elizabeth Ann Anielewski, a grandson Mattheau Yates and a brother Maynard Elmer Devore II.

Visitation will be held on Monday July 26 from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm at Melenyzer Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Inc. 825 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi where funeral services will begin at 10:00am Tuesday July 26, with Elder James Abbott. Interment will follow at Mt. Tabor Cemetery.
