David E. Hazuka

David E. Hazuka 51 of Monessen, passed away on Sunday March 19, 2017 surrounded by his family. David was born on April 17, 1965. He was the son of the late Martha Yuhas. David was self employed as an electrician and had an appliance repair shop. He was an avid biker and a practical joker. Loved spending time with his family and friends. Surviving are his wife Pauline Strohl Hazuka, 2 sons Rick and Brandon Hazuka, stepson and stepdaughter, Chris and Kayla Odenthal, 4 sisters, Cynthia ( Dr. Kenneth ) Mankamyer, Diane Fern, Nancy ( Dr. Chris ) Vankirk and Susan ( Frank ) Kolencik, a niece Lindsay (Josiah) Bolt and a nephew Christopher Fern. There will be no public visitation. A memorial service will be held on Saturday April 1, at 2 pm at the House of Faith, 170 Taylor Road West Newton. In lieu of flowers at the memorial service, memorial donations may be made to Pauline Hazuka 126 Knox Ave. Monessen, PA 15062.
